InThis Role, You?ll:

• Audit pallets
• Monitor & track expiration dates, ensuring the FIFO method
• Track inventory data and product movements using internal systems (JDE or similar)
• Monitor and reconcile inventory across multiple zones (dry, cooler, freezer)
• Provide reports to the warehouse and operations teams for real-time decision-making
• Enter change orders, update records, and flag inventory discrepancies
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of products and materials.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy. Update inventory data in warehouse management systems.
• Organize and label stock areas to maintain an efficient, safe warehouse layout.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report issues to supervisors.
• Prepare products and materials for shipping, including picking and packing orders.
• Maintain logs, reports, and documentation related to stock movement.
• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse staff, and production teams to resolve inventory-related issues.
• Follow company safety and compliance guidelines at all times.
