  • Participate in and oversee equipment testing, functional verification, and integrated systems testing to validate performance under normal, maintenance, and failure conditions.
  • Track deficiencies, coordinate corrective work, and verify resolution before operational acceptance.
  • Support operational handover by verifying that equipment records, drawings, procedures, training, spare parts, and maintenance requirements are complete.

Training and Knowledge Sharing
  • Develop and maintain technical training modules covering electrical systems, operating procedures, maintenance practices, troubleshooting, and emergency response.
  • Deliver training, mentor team members, and assess practical understanding and readiness to perform assigned work.
  • Lead drills and scenario-based exercises to strengthen emergency preparedness and consistent operating practices.
  • Share lessons learned and establish consistent technical practices across the on-site team.

Vendor and Contractor Oversight
