Workday Financials Functional/Technical Lead

Location : Cary , NC --Onsite 

W2 ONLY 

Seeking a Senior Workday Financials Functional/Technical Lead with strong experience in Workday Financial Management, PeopleSoft, ERP, reporting, integrations, and financial data conversion.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong Workday Financials: GL, Financial Reporting, Business Processes, Security
  • Workday Reporting: Advanced, Composite, Matrix, Prism
  • PeopleSoft knowledge mandatory
  • Strong ERP and financial reconciliation experience
  • Accounting knowledge: GAAP, STAT, multi-entity/multi-currency
  • Experience with SOX, IFRS, audit & compliance
  • Workday Studio, RaaS, WQL, SOAP/REST APIs
  • Data conversion, validation, opening balances, and integrations
  • Experience with Oracle/SAP preferred
  • Workday releases, testing, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support
  • Strong stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum, communication, and team leadership

Preferred: Finance Data Hub / integration experience, including Azure Databricks.
