JOB DETAILS:
Position:Project Manager (POS/Government)

Duration:4+ Months (Contract)
Location:REMOTE - Denver, CO 80203
Pay Rate:$69.00 (W2) or $78.00 (Incorporated) per hour
** This role is 100% Remote / HOURS: MON - FRI (8:00am- 5:00 PM MST) **
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Lead and facilitate all project activities to ensure deliverables are completed according to defined requirements
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and stakeholders
Own and maintain RIDAC logs (Risks, Issues, Decisions, Actions, and Changes)
Track tasks and action items, ensuring accountability and timely follow-through
Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior agency leadership
Develop, maintain, and own all required project artifacts (charters, schedules, status reports, meeting minutes, etc.)
Maintain accurate ServiceNow project records in alignment with PMO standards
Provide regular project status, health reporting, and escalation to portfolio and management teams
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, managing timeline, scope, budget, and stakeholder communications
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting
Proven ability to work in a structured, documentation driven environment
Education: Bachelor s degree in a related field
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS:
PMP certified
Experience working with state or local government, higher education, or other regulated environments
Experience supporting or delivering Point of Sale (POS) system implementations
Familiarity with ServiceNow for project tracking and reporting
Experience coordinating third-party vendors and contract based delivery
