Come innovate with us!Position SummaryIn this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of a diverse project portfolio, shaping scope, schedule, budget, and risk-mitigation plans from concept to deployment.
You will coordinate internal and external resources to keep projects on track, continually revising scope or budget when status warrants.
You will maintain close liaison with client stakeholders and drive the creation and revision of SOPs to ensure safe, uninterrupted plant operation.
Finally, you will spearhead failure investigations using structured techniques (e.g., 5-Why, Fishbone) to pinpoint root causes, implement corrective actions, and close out issues on time.
Role and ResponsibilitiesHere's What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Ensure the success of projects for a broad program portfolio from cradle to grave, including requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, and risk mitigation
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
- Perform review and the implementation of operation standards and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) establishment/revision to ensure safe electrical facility operation and supply stabilization.
- Analyze power consumption status and records and identify improvements.
- Run power/emergency power facilities, analyze causes and provide emergency treatment in case of an emergency.
- The candidate is expected to have sufficient knowledge of the project management process to lead continuous development of the documented procedures required to manage project work successfully in an industrial environment during operation SAS is a 24x7x365 factory that cannot suffer utility interruptions to the process equipment.
- This position is expected to lead failure investigations using structured problem solving and Causal Analysis techniques (5 why, Fishbone, etc.) and, when necessary, lead a team of Subject Matter Experts in a facilitator role to quickly identify root cause, complete containment actions, assign corrective/preventive actions and track those actions to successful and timely closure.

Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
