Role Overview

The Project Manager will coordinate digital marketing projects across departments, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables are clearly communicated and successfully executed. This role supports website development, social media initiatives, and editorial processes while managing stakeholder expectations and project workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project priorities across multiple departments while ensuring alignment with marketing and digital strategy goals.

• Track project progress using project management tools while maintaining a clear understanding of deliverables, timelines, and expectations.

• Ensure all projects meet deadlines and adhere to quality standards.

• Provide operational and coordination support to website development and digital production teams.

• Manage stakeholder feedback and communicate requirements clearly to developers, designers, and production teams.

• Facilitate collaboration between marketing, editorial, design, and development teams to streamline workflows and maintain project momentum.

• Monitor project milestones, identify potential risks, and proactively address challenges to maintain project timelines.

• Support the editorial process for digital marketing content and assist in managing assets used across online platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing digital marketing or website-related projects.

• Familiarity with website development workflows, processes, and best practices.

• Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital marketing strategies.

• Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate across teams.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.

• Experience collaborating with developers, designers, producers, and marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with social media publishing tools.

• Familiarity with digital content production workflows.

• Interest in or knowledge of video gaming or the gaming industry.
