Summary

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced STIBO Consultant with strong expertise in the STIBO STEP PIM platform to support enterprise Product Information Management (PIM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with STIBO development, data modeling, integrations, workflows, and Java/JavaScript customization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the STIBO STEP PIM platform.
Develop business rules, workflows, and custom components using JavaScript and Java.
Configure data models, hierarchies, classifications, contexts, and WebUI.
Build and support integrations using OIEP, IIEP, STEPXML, and REST APIs.
Troubleshoot data quality issues and optimize application performance.
Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and release planning.
Support all phases of the SDLC, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Work closely with onshore and offshore teams in a global delivery environment.

Required Skills

8+ years of overall IT experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience with STIBO STEP PIM.
Strong knowledge of:
- Data Modeling
- Hierarchies
- Contexts
- Classifications
- Workflows
- WebUI
- Event Processors
Experience developing Business Rules using JavaScript.
Strong programming skills in Java and STIBO Extension APIs.
Experience with OIEP, IIEP, STEPXML, and REST integrations.
Experience troubleshooting performance and data quality issues.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

STIBO STEP Certification.
Experience working in enterprise PIM implementations.
Experience working with global onshore/offshore teams.
