We are looking for candidates with experience administering and supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Cornerstone, SumTotal, or similar platforms. Candidates should have experience managing training content and curricula, troubleshooting LMS issues, developing reports, gathering business requirements, performing system testing, and supporting end users. Experience with HTML, ServiceNow, Zoom, and classroom technology is highly desirable. Strong analytical, technical, documentation, communication, and customer-service skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities. Experience supporting healthcare, Epic/APeX training, or other large-scale learning environments is preferred.
Job Function Summary:
Involves technology-based analysis of business practices, processes and problems; developing solutions which may involve process design, data and information architecture, software development and policy or procedural changes; creating specifications for systems to meet requirements; validating requirements against needs; designing details of automated systems; developing user interface design; planning and executing unit integration and end-user acceptance testing; may develop training materials for system implementation. May lead cross-functional teams to solve complex business or systems issues.

Custom Scope:
- The APeX Training Coordinator will work directly with the SumTotal Learning Services Management System (LMS), HealthStream, CornerStone (and other LMS) which houses and reports records of all APeX Training.
- The LMS is a technical and complex system which requires complete understanding of use and reporting capabilities.
- The APeX Training Coordinator will also work with other LMS systems including CornerStone, HealthStream and other systems such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, MS Office products, etc. Applies strong technical skills and ability to effectively work in complex, large scale programs in order to succeed in the role.
Department Overview:
Clinical Systems is responsible for all aspects of the Electronic Health Record (EPIC: APeX- Advancing Patient-Centered Excellence) for hospitals, practices, affiliates and community partners.
The APeX/Epic –Training Coordinator will work in collaboration with the clinical/business operations, Human Resources, and the Training Team to develop New Hire, upgrade, projects and go-live training schedules.
This position requires a high level of coordination and organization. Must be able to provide excellent customer service to end users, tracks issues and follows-up as appropriate.
