Job Title: Software Engineer 4 - Senior Software Engineer (GenAI / Agentic AI)

Location: Charlotte, NC - Onsite 5 days/week REQUIRED

Contract Length: 6 months (possible extension, no conversion planned)

Pay Rate: $69 - $74
Top Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building Agentic AI applications / GenAI solutions
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) and UiPath
  • Experience with Python, REST APIs, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform/Azure/OpenShift)
  • Plusses:
    • Experience with LangChain or similar agent frameworks
    • Experience with LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and RAG patterns
    • Experience with Alteryx, IDP (Intelligent Document Processing), or AI workflow orchestration
    Job Summary:

    In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. You will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI applications within the Consumer Intelligent Automation & AI group. This role is focused on building scalable AI-driven automation solutions that enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency across consumer lending platforms, while ensuring security, governance, and compliance standards are met.
    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications using LLMs, APIs, and agent frameworks
    • Build agentic workflows and automation solutions using Power Platform and UiPath
    • Implement prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and agent orchestration patterns
    • Integrate AI models with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms
    • Develop and maintain containerized services using Docker/Kubernetes
    • Participate in Agile development cycles within a dedicated engineering pod
    • Troubleshoot application and model issues and optimize performance
    • Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and compliance standards
    • Collaborate with engineering, product, and architecture teams
    • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in AI engineering
