We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Gen AI / Prompt Engineering Specialist to design, develop, and optimize advanced AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in prompt engineering, strong programming skills in Python, and hands-on experience with machine learning evaluation techniques and analytics. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving ability to build high-performing AI systems using modern generative AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize prompt engineering strategies for generative AI models to achieve high-quality outputs.
Build and deploy scalable AI solutions using Python and modern ML/AI frameworks.
Evaluate and improve model performance using machine learning evaluation techniques (accuracy, precision, recall, BLEU, ROUGE, etc.).
Analyze model outputs and user interactions to drive continuous improvements using data analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into business applications.
Implement Vibe Coding approaches to rapidly prototype and iterate AI solutions.
Conduct A/B testing and benchmarking of prompts and models.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt optimization techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong expertise in Prompt Engineering for LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.).
Proficiency in Python programming.
Solid understanding of Machine Learning concepts and evaluation techniques.
Experience in analytics and data-driven decision making.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks.
Ability to design experiments and interpret results effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
