Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects across Florida. This individual will be responsible for driving schedule, safety, and quality while maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all day-to-day field operations on assigned projects
  • Develop and manage project schedules and look-ahead
  • Lead subcontractor coordination and site logistics
  • Maintain daily logs, reports, and field documentation
  • Ensure compliance with contract documents and project specifications
  • Drive jobsite safety and enforce OSHA standards
  • Manage inspections and ensure quality control standards are met
  • Lead punch list and project closeout activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and trade partners

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Proven track record managing ground-up or large-scale projects
  • Experience in healthcare or life sciences is a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management tools
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
