Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Workforce Scheduling Cloud Consultant with strong healthcare domain experience and expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM workforce scheduling and workforce management solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience supporting healthcare organizations with employee scheduling shift planning time tracking staffing optimization and enterprise workforce integrations.
The consultant will work closely with HR operations nursing administration workforce management teams payroll teams and technical stakeholders to design and support scalable workforce scheduling solutions for healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
Implement configure and support Oracle Workforce Scheduling Cloud solutions within healthcare organizations
Work with Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Workforce Scheduling Time and Labor Absence Management Payroll and Core HR
Design and support healthcare workforce scheduling processes including nursing staff scheduling shift rotations on call schedules overtime and labor planning
Configure scheduling rules calendars workforce assignments staffing requirements and labor compliance policies
Support integrations between Oracle Workforce Scheduling Cloud and healthcare applications such as Oracle Health Clairvia Scheduling Kronos UKG Qgenda and payroll systems
Develop troubleshoot and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud OIC REST APIs SOAP APIs HDL and HSDL
Collaborate with HR workforce operations clinical staffing and payroll teams to gather business requirements and deliver scalable scheduling solutions
Support two way integrations for absence management time tracking payroll and workforce scheduling systems
Perform testing validation troubleshooting and post production support activities
Participate in go live hypercare enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives
Create technical documentation operational guides and support knowledge articles
Ensure security compliance and data integrity across healthcare workforce systems
Required Technical Skills
Strong experience with Oracle Workforce Scheduling Cloud and Oracle HCM Cloud
Hands on experience with Time and Labor Absence Management Payroll Workforce Scheduling and Core HR modules
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud OIC REST APIs SOAP APIs HDL and HSDL
Strong understanding of healthcare workforce scheduling staffing operations and labor compliance processes
Experience integrating Oracle HCM with healthcare scheduling applications such as Oracle Health Clairvia Scheduling Qgenda Kronos or UKG
Experience troubleshooting workforce scheduling and production support issues
Good understanding of employee scheduling staffing optimization and shift planning concepts
Strong SQL reporting and data reconciliation experience
Preferred Skills
Healthcare domain experience is mandatory
Experience supporting hospitals healthcare providers or clinical workforce operations
Exposure to payroll workforce compliance and labor regulation processes
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM security and role management
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Ability to work independently in remote and cross functional environments
Experience collaborating with HR payroll clinical staffing and IT teams
Experience Required
8 plus years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
Strong experience in workforce scheduling workforce management and healthcare integrations
Experience supporting enterprise healthcare Oracle Cloud transformation projects
