Description:
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing process development for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and business objectives.
- Apply advanced manufacturing principles to optimize equipment performance and drive efficient, scalable production processes.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives using standards and tools to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.
- Establish and standardize manufacturing methods and best practices to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
- Influence and collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners, to drive alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional and external resources to execute project deliverables on time and within scope.
- Serve as a technical leader by sharing expertise, coaching stakeholders, and strengthening overall team capability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to support collaboration, knowledge sharing, and sustained process improvements.

- Drive continuous improvement through structured problem solving, standardized process documentation, and data-driven decision-making to enhance quality and reduce cost.
- Drawing Interpretation - Integrates product design and manufacturing equipment engineering drawings to support the design and development of an optimal manufacturing process that meets product design specifications.
Additional Details:
VPI - Support Launch Activity
Must have experience with Fanuc Handling Tool or Arc Tool
Must have understanding of GD&T and be able to interpret engineering drawings
Schedule will be 6 months on dayshift, M-F, then 6 months on nights, M-F
Skill, Education, or Experience Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field, with 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
