Summary
Skills Required:
- Deploy the existing Python pipeline as an AWS Lambda
- Extend the pipeline to interface with S3, W&B, and SQLite
- Set up infrastructure as code (CDK or Terraform): Lambda, S3, EC2
- Parse run metadata from structured folder contents and integrate it into the pipeline
- Set up an EC2-hosted database for team data exploration
- Maintain and develop the project-agnostic pipeline to support multiple research thrusts
- Write documentation and onboard researchers to the tool
