We need dependable people who know how to hustle. As a Electrical Assembly Technician you'll assemble products, work with tools, and keep the crew on pace.


Skills That Make You Stand Out


  • Associate degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field, and at least 2 years of relevant experience

  • OR high school diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant electrical or machine assembly experience

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems used in industrial or packaging machinery

  • Proven ability to set up, test, and debug complex machines

  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently

  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and technical documentation

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a dependable work ethic

  • Clear, professional communication skills and a team-focused mindset

  • Packaging industry experience is preferred but not required


Work That Matters


  • Assemble, wire, set up, and debug electrical systems for packaging automation machinery

  • Complete machine builds according to mechanical and electrical specifications and assembly documentation

  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to ensure machines meet quality and performance standards

  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of the build documentation throughout the assembly process

  • Collaborate respectfully with cross-functional teams to support project completion timelines

  • Assist with training and mentoring assembly team members as needed

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including tools, equipment, and workstations

  • Support continuous improvement while following all safety policies and procedures

  • Travel to customer sites when requested to support machine installation or service
