Summary

Position: Salesforce Test Lead – Portal Squad
Work Mode: NJ USA, Onsite (Locals Preferred)

Mandatory Functional Skills

Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Strong understanding of SDLC, test strategy, planning, test design, and execution.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, ceremonies, and processes.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as ALM, Xray, and Jira.
Good SQL knowledge.
Prior experience with the Litify Salesforce AppExchange product.
Experience working with virtual law firms.
Life Sciences domain knowledge.
Knowledge of Life Sciences validation testing is an added advantage.

Automation Skills

Hands-on automation test design experience.
Experience with Robot Framework (Python) or Java/Selenium is required.
Familiarity with Cucumber, Maven, GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab, Jenkins, or Jenkins EAT.
Mobile testing experience is an added advantage.
API testing knowledge using SoapUI and Postman is preferred.

Project Management Responsibilities

Serve as the onsite client point of contact.
Manage client communication and onsite/offshore coordination.
Handle project estimation, planning, strategy, and documentation.
Lead testing activities with minimal supervision.
Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
