Position Description: The developer will implement and manage business-aligned IT services, ensuring high-quality, defect-free application platforms that adhere to industry standards. Responsibilities include making system fixes, troubleshooting production issues, collaborating with Business Analysts to formulate IT solutions, and performing proactive application monitoring and system upgrades

Position Responsibilities:\\n
\\n - Design, develop, and deploy applications that support users on the case and program management applications.
\\n - Provide mentorship and technical advice to a team of Application/Reports/Query developers.
\\n - Provide strategic advice to the lead, management, and customers of the OIS.
\\n - Implement programming standards that support a secure and defect-free application.
\\n - Interact daily with government clients in order to meet the technical requirements for new initiatives.
\\n - Work with Quality Assurance / Quality Control teams to insure the application remains secure and defect free.
\\n - Define and document processes to be used by all application developers on the team.
\\n - Plan, research, and recommend new equipment, software tools, and related technologies.
\\n - Use monitoring and performance analysis tools to troubleshoot and isolate application performance issues.
\\n - Update system and process documentation, produce user guides, ER diagrams, and SOPs as needed - Including Visio Network design drawings.
\\n - Convey technical and functional concepts for a specific technical specialty.
\\n - Identify improvements to project standards to achieve high quality services/products.
\\n - Coordinate programming activities being conducted by the application development team.

\\n - Experience developing enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies within a distributed (n-tier) architecture. (15 Years)
\\n - Convey technical and functional concepts for a specific technical specialty (13 Years)
\\n - Prepare complex technical documentation (13 Years)
\\n - Experience in developing applications using C#, ASP.NET (11 Years)
\\n - Experience with database technologies, development methodologies, and front-end (e.g., Cognos)/back-end programming languages (e.g. SQL) (11 Years)
\\n - Experience developing enterprise applications that interact with MS SQL Server and/or Oracle databases (11 Years)
\\n - Experience with Visual Studio 2010 and later versions with .Net Framework 2.0-4.6.2 with C# and VB (10 Years)
\\n - Candidate should have strong ETL experience in Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence platforms (7 Years)
\\n - Experience with Databases using ADO.NET (7 Years)
\\n - Experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and Service Oriented Architecture (6 Years)
