Target profile: Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Integrations

Job Description:

This role requires a senior, hands-on Salesforce developer who can deliver CRM solutions supporting crisis call workflows, manage end-to-end Salesforce development, and lead technical implementation, integrations, deployments, and release management. The ideal candidate combines strong Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Service Cloud/Health Cloud, API integrations, SFDX, and Azure DevOps or comparable CI/CD tools. Candidates must have 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, relevant Salesforce certifications, and the ability to work with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams while maintaining security, performance, and code quality. Experience with Experience Cloud, Salesforce lifecycle implementations, data migration, and authentication/SSO is important. Required: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator, along with the specified platform development, cloud, integration, and lifecycle experience. Preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Conga/Drawloop, and familiarity with government processes, compliance, and FedRAMP-compliant environments. The niche combination is hands-on Salesforce development plus end-to-end technical ownership, secure integrations, release management, and team transition to maintenance and operations

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Salesforce, including SFDX and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
• 6+ years of strong Salesforce development experience.
• 4+ years of experience developing within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience working with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, including LWC.
• 2+ years of experience with API integrations and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations.
• Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps or comparable tools for requirements tracking, CI/CD, or release management.
• Exposure data migration and/or cloud integration projects.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Strong knowledge and working experience in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Understanding Salesforce capabilities and constraints, including configuration-based solutions such as Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules.
• Experience with full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementations.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs.
• Experience with authentication protocols such as OAuth for third-party integrations.
• Experience with Batch Apex and/or Scheduled Apex development.
• Good experience with core web technologies and web services, including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in dynamic conditions and deliver within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
• Experience with Conga and Drawloop.
• Familiarity with governmental processes and compliance, including prior experience working with FedRAMP-compliant tools and environments.
