The ideal candidate brings strong Channel experience, project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to remove execution barriers, drive accountability, and provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, risks, and escalations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage onboarding plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and readiness criteria through completion
* Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales, Channel Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and other teams to align and execute onboarding requirements
* Progress & Accountability: Track workstream progress, manage outstanding actions, drive stakeholder accountability, and address delays
* Issue Resolution & Escalation: Identify barriers, assess impacts, facilitate problem-solving, and escalate issues that threaten onboarding timelines or readiness
* Risk & Dependency Management: Identify cross-functional risks and dependencies, develop mitigation plans, and drive resolution
* Executive Reporting: Provide concise leadership updates on progress, milestones, risks, escalations, decisions required, and recovery plans
* Readiness & Transition: Lead readiness reviews, validate completion of onboarding requirements, and support transition to steady-state operations
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve onboarding governance, processes, reporting, and execution practices

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in project or program management, within distribution, channel operations, or business transformation
* Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and competing priorities
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate issues, develop practical solutions, and drive decisions
* Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive accountability, and deliver results without direct authority over execution teams
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience reporting project status, risks, and escalations to senior leadership
* Strong organizational, analytical, follow-up, and risk management skills
* Experience with distributor or channel partner onboarding is preferred but not required
* Proficiency in project management and reporting tools, such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent platforms
