Responsibilities:

•  Drive the adoption and growth of our cybersecurity engineering services worldwide, with a focus on extending services to Enterprise companies requiring talented engineering resources or customized solutions.
• Collaborate with the CTO of Loginsoft, partner companies, and existing clients to develop and implement strategies that align with market trends, customer needs, and product and service strategies.
• Lead the development and delivery of innovative cybersecurity solutions, leveraging your expertise in threat intelligence, vulnerability management, cloud security, threat hunting and detection, software supply chain, and other relevant areas.
• Identify pain points and develop innovative solutions that address client needs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development, pricing strategy, and roadmap planning.
• Forge strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, fostering collaboration and creating opportunities for joint initiatives and market expansion.
• Provide thought leadership in the cybersecurity industry, staying abreast of research advancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends to guide product direction and innovation.
• Serve as a point of contact for new clients, deliver compelling presentations, lead negotiations, and build lasting client relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful content and messaging that effectively communicates the value and benefits of our cybersecurity engineering services, including leadership, vision, and product differentiation.
• Provide strategic guidance for business development activities, assist in generating and qualifying new opportunities, support deal pursuits, and help close strategic engagements while guiding internal teams as needed.
• Identify opportunities to leverage existing innovations and invest in new ideas to convert them into valuable engineering services, considering research insights and market potential.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cybersecurity to ensure the alignment of product and service strategies with the evolving landscape.
• Collaborate with CTO and CEO to align technology initiatives, product strategies, revenue generation efforts, and overall business objectives.
• Support business growth initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, industry segments, and strategic accounts where Loginsoft''''''''s cybersecurity engineering services can provide significant value.
• Work closely with the CEO, sales, and marketing teams to help generate qualified opportunities, influence pipeline growth, and contribute to revenue objectives through thought leadership and customer engagement.
• Participate in strategic customer pursuits, helping position Loginsoft''''''''s capabilities, shape solution strategies, and support proposal development and executive-level discussions.
• Contribute to annual business growth objectives through strategic customer engagement, partnership development, market expansion initiatives, and support of revenue-generating activities.

Requirements:

• 7 to 10 years of experience as an industry expert in the cybersecurity field, with a focus on product development and launch.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in product management, product design, user research, business analysis, or equivalent experience working in an agile development environment.
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry, including knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, competitive landscape, and the ability to set product strategy and define product vision.
• Proven track record in developing and delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve client pain points, with experience in managing product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and user requirements.
• Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations, negotiate deals, and build lasting client relationships, while representing the voice of the customer and end user.
• Proficiency in developing marketing content and messaging that effectively communicates complex concepts in simple language, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Business development acumen with experience supporting revenue growth, identifying new opportunities, influencing customer buying decisions, and assisting in the pursuit and closure of strategic deals.
• Familiarity with technologies such as blockchain and AI and their potential applications in the cybersecurity field, with the ability to see the future and define a roadmap that sets the product and the company on a course to lead the market.
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial drive, passion, and the ability to assess and quickly understand strategic product goals and objectives, while asking hard questions and ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to complex problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks and define arguments in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
• Ability to deliver results while keeping track of the details in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
