Schedule: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Work Management Consultant to support SAP projects and enhancements within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP Work Management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Work Management implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Work with business users to design and deliver effective SAP solutions.
• Provide functional expertise in Work Management, Asset Management, and Maintenance processes.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirements sessions with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams, integration teams, and vendors.
• Support project planning, status tracking, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Participate in testing activities including SIT and UAT.
• Support user training, change management, and go-live activities.
• Drive process improvements and recommend SAP best practices.
• Prepare status reports and present updates to leadership teams.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Work Management.
• Experience working on large enterprise SAP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of work order management and maintenance business processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading workshops and business discussions.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to interact with senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and SAP EAM.
• SAP S/4HANA experience
