Please recalibrate sourcing as follows:
- Senior Product Owner experience is mandatory
- Strong communication, ownership, and independent stakeholder management are critical
- Cloud voice / contact center / IVR experience is highly preferred
- Twilio experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory
- Healthcare experience is not mandatory
