WORK DESCRIPTION:
This resource will primarily support Mobile Workforce Management system but also back up the Meter Data Management System, as needed. The position manages and supports focused technology. Using comprehensive knowledge and competency, this position performs duties to support the running of batches, troubleshooting, making customer requested changes, writing reports, supporting training, patching and upgrading, and overall health of the system.

8 | Experience with UNIX navigation, AIX/LINUX (specifically Red Hat & SUSE) along with understanding and writing shell scripting such as KornShell (ksh) Scripting. |
