About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable AI/ML solutions on AWS, leveraging modern MLOps practices and cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and Generative AI solutions on AWS.
• Build and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines for data ingestion, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop predictive models, recommendation systems, NLP applications, and Generative AI solutions.
• Implement and maintain scalable AI applications using AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Deploy, monitor, and manage ML models using AWS SageMaker and MLOps best practices.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Developers, Product Managers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Evaluate and fine-tune foundation models and LLMs for domain-specific use cases.
• Monitor model performance, ensure reliability, and optimize inference costs.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow security and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services for AI/ML workloads.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based application development.
• Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL databases, and data engineering concepts.
