Job Summary

We are seeking an Actimize Sr. Developer to lead the design and implementation of critical compliance and risk management modules. This role is focused on architecting anti-financial crime solutions, customizing core Actimize modules, and performing advanced model tuning. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations into technical rules and workflows, ensuring the system effectively identifies suspicious activity while minimizing false positives through expert SQL and Java-based development.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

Actimize Solution Engineering

• Module Expertise: Design and implement at least two core Actimize solutions, such as SAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring), IFM (Integrated Fraud Management), CDD, CTR, or WLX.
• Rule Writing & Tuning: Author complex detection rules and perform model tuning to optimize system performance and accuracy in identifying financial crimes.
• Customization: Configure Actimize modules and workflows to align with specific business requirements and evolving regulatory standards.

Technical Development & Data

• Core Development: Utilize Java and SQL to build robust backend processes and scripting for data transformation within the Actimize environment.
• Database Management: Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets, troubleshooting performance bottlenecks, and supporting data integration layers.
• System Optimization: Perform unit testing and post-deployment enhancements to ensure high availability and scalability of the Actimize infrastructure.

Compliance & Stakeholder Collaboration

• AML Domain Knowledge: Apply a strong understanding of financial crime compliance regulations to design effective workflows and case management protocols.
• Cross-Functional Support: Partner with Business Analysts to ensure technical implementations mirror functional requirements for fraud prevention.

Mandatory Technical Requirements

1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of dedicated Actimize development.
2. Product Depth: Expertise in at least two Actimize solutions (IFM, SAM, CDD, CTR, or WLX).
3. Architecture: Strong knowledge of Actimize system architecture, RCM (Risk Case Management), and the AIS (Actimize Intelligence Server).
4. Technical Stack: Proficiency in SQL, Java, and scripting within Actimize environments.
5. Domain: Familiarity with AML processes and financial crime compliance regulations.
