You will be responsible for capturing initial requirements, following through on all program commitments from our cross-functional operations and engineering teams, and maintaining the customer relationship. You will need to understand the strategic goals of your customers to help prioritize operations tasks and coordinate with capacity planning for operational resources. As a Program Manager, you will be the vital link between our innovative teams and the data they need to create the next generation of Apple products and features.

As an AI/ML Data Operations Program Manager, you will be at the core of our Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning development process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define annotation requirements, manage operational projects from prototype to scale, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality data. Your work will directly contribute to the success of the next generation of Apple products and features.

10+ years of experience managing cross-functional programs across global teams.\nExperience communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.\nExperience consolidating multiple points of view into recommendations to move projects forward.\nExperience building rapport and influencing stakeholders.\nExperience identifying and resolving process bottlenecks.\nSelf-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.\n

Experience with data annotation tools and workflows, and a strong understanding of machine learning concepts and methodologies.
