Solution IT Inc. is looking for Salesforce Business Analyst for one of its clients at King of Prussia, PA
Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Summary:
This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Clouds, strong analytical skills, and the ability to document and capture business requirements to align with Salesforce Solution.
Required Skills:
- Under Graduation Degree in Computer Science or Engineering is a must have. (four-year college degree)
- 12+ years in IT with at least 8 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Proven experience in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
- Minimum two Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud consultant is mandatory to have.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder), and reporting.
- Familiarity with integration tools and data migration strategies.
- Ability to create reports & dashboards in Salesforce. Ability to download Salesforce data using data loader
- Ability to work within Excel Sheet Pivot tables, VLOOKUP.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Administration.
- Exposure to Data Governance and MDM practices.
