Job Description

• Manage healthcare projects from initiation through completion.

• Coordinate with clients, business teams, technical teams, and stakeholders.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.

• Track project progress, budget, scope, and deliverables.

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Manage multiple teams and priorities effectively.

• Maintain project documentation and reports.

• Follow healthcare industry standards, processes, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management.

• Strong experience in the Healthcare domain.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Experience managing large and complex projects is preferred.
