Technical Business Analyst / Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join the Technology & Data Leadership team in a consulting capacity. This individual will play a critical role in delivering technology solutions that support key stakeholders across the US and European Real Estate business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment technology consulting, deep knowledge of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) operations, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of technology projects supporting the Real Estate business.
• Ensure project implementation plans are executed successfully and remain on schedule.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Real Estate stakeholders and Technology teams.
• Lead high-priority strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project prioritization, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap.
• Facilitate regular project reviews and status reporting with senior leadership.
• Drive collaboration across business, technology, and operations teams to achieve project goals.
• Support additional strategic business and technology initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, business analysis, or project delivery.
• Strong experience supporting Real Estate Investment Management organizations.
• Deep understanding of Real Estate Equity and Debt investments.
• Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate (CRE) terminology, workflows, and business processes.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership, asset managers, analysts, and technology teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience working with complex financial models and spreadsheets.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
