Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare projects, with a focus on Healthcare Portals, Group Administrator tools, and Customer-facing solutions.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources while tracking dependencies and deliverables.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and remove roadblocks to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and offshore partners to deliver complex initiatives in a matrixed environment.
Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring alignment on objectives, priorities, and outcomes.
Foster collaboration, communication, and accountability across all project stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of project management experience in healthcare or insurance environments.
Strong knowledge of Healthcare Portals, Group Administrator systems, and Customer enrollment/servicing platforms.
Proven ability to manage interdependencies and multiple concurrent projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid settings.
Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
PMP or SAFe certification preferred.
Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA a plus).
