Role: SAP SD (S/4HANA) Lead Consultant
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months contract

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SD S/4HANA Lead Consultant to drive end-to-end solution delivery for Quote-to-Cash processes. The role involves solution design, configuration, data migration, UAT support, and go-live execution, while leading offshore resources and working closely with business stakeholders.

• ATP / Availability Check and Transfer of Requirements (TOR)
• Third-Party, Consignment, Intercompany, and Customer Consignment processes
• Advanced Intercompany and Advanced Returns Management
• Down Payment and Sales Commission processes
• MTS, MTO, Variant Configuration, Sales BOM, Sales Kitting
• Project Sales scenarios
• Integration:
  • SD FI
  • SD MM
  • SD PP
• ALE/IDocs and Interface Handling
• Output Management
• Z Reports, Power BI exposure
• Strong knowledge of User Exits, Function Modules, and Debugging

Implementation & Technical Experience

• Minimum 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations or rollouts
• End-to-end implementation experience: Requirement Gathering Hypercare
• Strong experience in Data Migration for SD and integrated objects
• Hands-on experience with:

  • Advanced Returns Management
• Ability to analyze business and technical requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions

Roles & Responsibilities

Solution & Delivery

• Own solution design, system build, testing, and documentation
• Configure SAP SD solutions and prepare configuration documents
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and developments
• Perform unit and integration testing

Requirement Gathering & Blueprinting

• Conduct requirement gathering workshops
• Prepare questionnaires and workshop materials
• Present workshop approach and facilitate discussions
• Prepare Business Blueprint for the Quote-to-Cash workstream
• Perform GAP analysis and define development scope and priorities

Data Migration

• Collect and validate data using migration templates
• Test migration programs with sample data
• Define and execute cutover and production migration plans

Testing & UAT Support

• Prepare UAT plans and test scripts
• Support business users during UAT
• Analyze issues, provide resolutions, and update issue trackers

Training & Stakeholder Management

• Prepare super-user training materials
• Conduct core user training sessions
• Act as liaison between business users, SD Lead, and Project Manager

Go-Live & Post Go-Live

• Prepare and execute SD cutover and go-live plans
• Provide hypercare and issue resolution support

Leadership & Reporting

• Lead and manage 2 offshore SD resources
• Coordinate with offshore teams
• Submit weekly status reports to SD Lead and Project Manager

• Experience using project management tools for tracking and reporting
• Exposure to Power BI reporting
