In this role, you will help design, develop, test, and implement complex platform solutions that directly impact public health and community services. You will join an collaborative, remote team dedicated to delivering high-quality software solutions from initial design through post-launch support.

responsibilities:
- Guide the technical direction of the development team and conduct thorough peer code reviews.
- Serve as a technical advisor on functional designs, ensuring successful implementation within the Cram framework.
- Design, develop, and maintain core Cram software components and back-end services.
- Write comprehensive unit tests and lead platform maintenance efforts to ensure high system reliability.
qualifications:
Proven expert-level experience in Cram Development (P4 level or equivalent).
Solid background in Java Enterprise back-end development and system integration.
A completed 4-year college degree.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working on US Health & Public Service projects, particularly state Medicaid implementations.
Prior experience acting as a lead developer, technical advisor, or systems architect.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fully remote setting.
