Seeking a senior SAP Basis professional to lead SAP technical architecture, cloud migrations, and system operations across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. This role requires hands-on SAP Basis expertise, strong cloud knowledge, and leadership in system performance, upgrades, DR, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP technical architecture, design, implementation, upgrades, and operations
• Manage SAP system landscapes, integrations, and third-party dependencies
• Drive SAP migrations and run operations on AWS, Azure, and public cloud
• Plan and manage SAP upgrades, maintenance, backup, recovery, and DR testing
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization
• Provide hands-on SAP Basis administration across HANA and legacy databases
• Lead change management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration
• Mentor teams, define best practices, and communicate status to stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years (Bachelor s) or 7+ years (Master s) SAP Basis experience
• Strong SAP Basis, upgrades, migration, and cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) expertise
• Experience with Windows/Linux, HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage complex environments and competing priorities
