This role owns the technical direction of D365 CRM practice in a healthcare delivery environment
Setting architecture standards, governing low-code delivery, and elevating a development team through daily technical engagement.
 
What We''re Looking For:
 
Platform Expertise — Deep hands-on D365 CRM, Power Platform, Power Automate, APIM, and Microsoft Fabric. Must architect and validate, not just advise.
 
Low-Code First — Principled configuration-first mindset. Custom code is the last resort. Must enforce and model this standard.
 
Team Leadership — Leads developers through technical credibility — standards, design reviews, and growing platform depth.
 
Architecture Strategy — Defines and governs platform roadmaps and solution design artifacts grounded in technical reality.
 
Communication — Explains complex decisions clearly to engineers and business stakeholders alike.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Own D365 CRM solution architecture — model-driven apps, Customer Service
Design APIM-led integrations connecting D365 to internal and external systems, platforms, directories, and portals
Define Fabric/Dataverse data architecture for CRM analytics and reporting pipelines
Lead architecture reviews, design sessions, and code reviews; hold the team to quality standards
Maintain the CRM technical roadmap and drive innovation for our business and our clients
Mandate configuration-first design — require documented justification before any custom development is approved
Communicate architectural decisions clearly to both engineers and senior leadership
 
 
Required Qualifications:
 
12+ years in enterprise CRM/Microsoft platform delivery;
2+ years in D365
6+ years leading a development team as architect or principal
Hands-on: D365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, APIM, Microsoft Fabric
Proven track record of business guidance and partnership for technical CRM direction
