Job Title: C# / PostgreSQL Application Developer (FAST Systems)

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: Long-term

Position Type: Contract W2 (NO C2C)

Requirement: Must have prior experience with State clients.

About the Role

Looking for three (3) experienced C# Application Developers with hands-on experience supporting, configuring, or enhancing FAST Enterprises technology platforms.

In this role, you will focus on building, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise-scale applications using FAST Core components, PostgreSQL, and Visual Studio within a structured SDLC environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of software engineering fundamentals, dedicated FAST system knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a government setting.

Top Required Skills & Qualifications

Government Experience: Direct, proven experience working on State / Government IT projects is mandatory.
Total Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional programming experience in enterprise application development.
FAST Systems Expertise: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with at least one FAST Enterprises system, such as: GenTax or Fast DS/VS or Fast UI/PL or Fast CSE
FAST Core: Direct experience working with FAST Core components.
Backend Engineering: Strong proficiency in C# development.
Database Management: Hands-on experience writing and optimizing queries within PostgreSQL databases.
Development Tools: High proficiency using Visual Studio for development, debugging, and solution management.
