Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a .NET Full Stack Engineer on behalf of our client in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned software professional with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft technologies. This role involves working on large-scale systems, supporting application modernization efforts, and contributing to migration and integration initiatives within a complex technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET technologies

  • Analyze and document existing applications, services, and infrastructure components

  • Identify system dependencies and integration points to support migration planning

  • Develop and maintain web services, APIs, and backend components

  • Configure and support system environments including certificates, endpoints, and network configurations

  • Perform end-to-end testing, validation, and performance analysis of applications

  • Conduct system health checks using monitoring tools and logs

  • Participate in production deployment and cutover activities, including configuration changes and validation

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance applications to support modernized environments

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile and SDLC methodologies

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in application design, development, maintenance, and support

  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development (Web and Backend)

  • Experience with ASP.NET WebForms, MVC, Web API, .NET Framework (4.7.2/4.8), and .NET Core (8)

  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (C#, Java, or Python)

  • Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (Angular and/or Blazor)

  • Strong database experience with SQL Server and Oracle, including:

    • Writing and optimizing queries

    • Stored procedures, views, and performance tuning

  • Experience with Entity Framework and/or ADO.NET

  • Knowledge of XML and JSON data structures

  • Experience working with IIS in Windows environments

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise content management systems such as IBM FileNet P8 or similar platforms

  • Exposure to ECM integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or .NET SDKs

  • Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and practices

  • Experience with UI/UX design tools

  • Knowledge of legacy modernization or migration of .NET Framework applications

  • Exposure to Unix/Linux environments (Apache Tomcat, WebSphere) is a plus
