Job Description Summary: This position will report to the Director, Composite Performance and will be primarily responsible for the maintenance and calculation of the CA track records composites, working in close collaboration with other members of the CA Performance and Analytics global team. In addition, this role would be responsible for fulfilling periodic and ad-hoc reporting needs, which may include performance and risk statistics, portfolio analytics requests, fundamental characteristics, and attribution. This role would also be required to help with fulfilling RFP/Questionnaires requests for performance data.
In the future if Cambridge pursues GIPS compliance, the role would transition to assist with the maintenance and calculation of GIPS Composites, including coordinating and supporting the GIPS Verification efforts.
Job Description: Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and validate CA track record composites
- Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports and analysis
- Respond to internal ad-hoc requests for data (performance, client, portfolio analytics) from the Global Client Services CA teams
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs for performance and analytics related data
- Participate in special initiative projects as needed, in the performance and analytics space
- Help with documenting and implementing policies and procedures
- Recommend and implement process changes as needed to increase timely and accurate delivery of performance data
Ideal Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics or equivalent
- Progress towards CIPM, CFA and/or CAIA is a plus
- 3 to 5 years' relevant experience
- Knowledge of GIPS and performance measurement concepts is a plus
- Proficient in Excel modeling (sort, search, link, pivot tables, formatting, formulas, macros, VB, etc.)
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and software
- Knowledge/experience with composite maintenance software and performance systems a plus
- Experience with private market investments is preferred.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; ability to handle multiple assignments while managing to strict and competing deadlines

In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package.
