Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst with strong experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Legal/Contracting systems, and Investment Management.

The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering requirements, defining solutions, supporting implementation, and ensuring successful delivery within an Agile/SDLC environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Investment Management teams to gather and define business requirements.
• Work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA, and technology teams to deliver business solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and documentation.
• Support the full Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process, including:
• Contract creation
• Negotiation
• Approval workflows
• Execution
• Renewals
• Termination
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Support UAT planning, test execution, defect resolution, and production implementation.
• Collaborate with QA teams on test plans, test cases, regression testing, and performance testing.
• Analyze data and develop validation checks and reports to ensure accurate business processing.
• Support system configuration, data mapping, APIs, integrations, and system architecture discussions.
• Create and maintain training materials and business documentation.
• Follow established SDLC and Agile methodologies throughout project delivery.
• Provide application and production support as required.
• Identify creative technology solutions to meet business needs.
• Leverage Generative AI and AI-enabled software development practices where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6–8+ years of experience in Financial Services, preferably within Buy-Side / Investment Management.
• Strong experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Legal/Contracting systems.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, contract structures, contract metadata, and document repositories.
• Experience with CLM platforms such as iCertis, DocuSign CLM, Luminance, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Investment Management / Asset Management processes and technology.
• Trading and investment domain exposure preferred.
• Intermediate-level PL/SQL and/or Python skills.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, data mapping, and systems architecture.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with GenAI and AI-based software development lifecycle is highly preferred.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in Investment Management, Asset Management, Buy-Side Operations, Legal Technology, Contract Management, or Enterprise Risk systems are strongly preferred.
