Sr. Lead Java Developer
Bay Area, CA
- Minimum five (5) years of recent experience (within the last 10 years) developing custom web-based applications using the latest Java EE technologies
- Technical experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Transact-SQL (T-SQL), and Windows Server configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Technical experience with the Spring Framework
- Technical experience with web application server configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting including JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (JBoss EAP) or equivalent JEE platform technology, Red Hat Linux (RHL), and Apache
- Experience performing business analysis and documenting business requirements
- Experience developing system diagrams and other technical documentation
- Experience providing application system development and ongoing maintenance
- Experience providing system monitoring and production support
- Experience transitioning project solutions to clients through knowledge transfer and mentoring of technical staff
- Experience delivering secure external-facing custom website solutions that meet or exceed secure coding standards such as the OWASP Top 10
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively participate in a development team
- Minimum two (2) years of Agile SCRUM experience
- Minimum one (1) year of technical experience with Angular
- Experience working in environments that include technologies such as AWS/Azure, GitHub, SSRS/SSIS, and other web, integration, or reporting tools
- Preferred: State Government experience, particularly State of California experience
