Job Title: PMO/Project Management Office
Location: Middletown, PA
Duration: 4+ months

Need Local PA candidates only
Hybrid Role.
4 years minimum Pega BA experience required. We are looking for a BA who has strong experience working on a PEGA project.  We are not looking for a Pega SA or SSA.

Skill
Experience in PMO, program delivery, or delivery excellence roles supporting complex software initiatives.
Deep expertise in PMO methodology, complex software delivery, delivery tooling and the hands-on ability to collaborate effectively 
Experience in establishing Methodology for SAP BRIM implementation project.
Experience in establishing Methodology for Microsoft Dynamics implementation project.
Strong hands-on experience delivering in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments.
Demonstrated ability to scale delivery practices across multiple teams, vendors, and workstreams.
Expert-level experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) (See job description)
Demonstrated ability to translate complex PMO and software delivery methodologies into clear, practical guidance that can be understood and adopted
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Lean Agile or Delivery Excellence certifications
