Role: M&A Business Analyst
Location:Santa Clara, CA - Onsite

Job description
Lead current-state discovery and process mapping across Professional Services and Customer Success platforms, including Clarizen, Gainsight, and Salesforce.
- Define the future-state operating model with standardized end-to-end workflows across Sales, PS, and CS to support post-merger service delivery.
- Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for system configuration, integration, and reporting.
- Design bi-directional system integrations and data flows between Salesforce, Clarizen, and Gainsight.
- Develop comprehensive data migration strategies, including data mapping, transformation logic, and validation plans.
- Perform data quality assessments and define cleansing requirements to ensure data integrity pre- and post-migration.
- Translate business processes into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery teams.
- Lead UAT planning, execution, defect management, and business sign-off for integrated systems and migrated data.
- Proactively manage integration risks, dependencies, and issue resolution as the primary liaison between business and IT teams.
- Support change enablement through training materials, SOP updates, and stakeholder communication for the integrated platforms.
