Job Description

We are looking for an experienced OpenText Documentum & AI/ML Technology Consultant with strong hands-on experience in enterprise content management, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), AI/ML solution development, and AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing and implementing document automation solutions using OCR, NLP, Computer Vision, and Large Language Models (LLMs), along with strong software development and technical leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Documentum, Content Server, D2 Config, D2 Classic, D2 Smart View, Brava, CTS, xPlore, and DFC Client.
• 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in AI/ML solution development.
• Experience designing and implementing Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for document classification and information extraction.
• Hands-on experience with OCR, NLP, Computer Vision, and Large Language Models (LLMs) for document understanding.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Java.
• Experience developing REST APIs and microservices using Spring Boot, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
• 5+ years of AWS experience, including Bedrock, SageMaker, Textract, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, and RDS.
• Experience with MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to lead technical design discussions, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Multifamily Lending, Mortgage, or Financial Services.
