About the Role

In this role, you will contribute to complex, large-scale software engineering initiatives that have broad organizational impact. You will evaluate and solve multi-dimensional technical challenges, often involving ambiguity and unprecedented scenarios. This position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to navigate intricate technical ecosystems, and the capacity to collaborate strategically with cross-functional client teams.
What You'll Do

Consult on complex engineering efforts, driving large-scale planning and solution design.
Review, analyze, and troubleshoot sophisticated, multi-layered technical problems involving numerous variables and constraints.
Apply deep knowledge of engineering principles, organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet project deliverables.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Provide technical guidance across the full software development lifecycle.

Preferred Technical Experience

Full-stack development with Java and React.
Background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a strong plus.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience, demonstrated through professional work, consulting, military experience, or relevant education/training.
