Software Engineer (Contingent Resource)

About the Role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to support moderately complex engineering initiatives and contribute to the delivery of high-impact software solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to analyze technical challenges, propose scalable solutions, and ensure projects meet functional, compliance, and operational requirements.

You will work across the full stack with Java and React, with an added advantage if you have experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
What You'll Do

Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of software engineering projects of moderate complexity.
Evaluate technical challenges that require thoughtful analysis of multiple factors and constraints.
Troubleshoot and help resolve moderately complex engineering issues, ensuring deliverables align with organizational standards, policies, and compliance needs.
Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive high-quality engineering outcomes.
Participate in planning activities for larger engineering initiatives.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of software engineering experience, demonstrated through one or more of the following:
- Professional work or consulting experience
- Technical training
- Military experience
- Formal education
Strong hands-on experience with Full-Stack Development (Java + React)
(Preferred) Background in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
