Senior AI Engineer Agentic AI & LLM Systems

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python and hands-on experience in building AI agents and LLM-powered applications. The ideal candidate will design and develop autonomous AI systems, including conversational AI solutions such as chatbots and voice assistants. This role involves working on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, evaluating large language models based on performance, cost, and latency, and building scalable, production-grade AI solutions. Candidates should have strong coding abilities, a deep understanding of modern AI frameworks, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in Python (AI/ML development)
• Strong experience with AI agents / chatbot development
• Hands-on experience with RAG (vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering)
• Experience with PyTorch (or willingness to learn)
• Knowledge of LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)
• Solid understanding of transformer architecture
• Ability to build scalable and production-grade AI systems

Required Qualifications:

• Strong coding and problem-solving skills (Python-focused)
• Experience in designing AI-driven systems and architectures
• Ability to evaluate LLMs based on performance, cost, and latency
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Immediate availability preferred

Additional Skills:

• Kotlin or full-stack development experience
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure)
• Knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, Kafka
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen

Interview Process:

• Coding round (Python no AI tools allowed)
• System design round (Agentic AI focus)
