Job Title: HVAC Designers
Location: Greenville, SC 29605
Type: Contract | 1+ Years
Education: Bachelor's degree (minimum of an associate degree)

Principal Designer - Job Description
  • Highly skilled in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) with demonstrated experience in drafting applications.
  • Originate and produce drawings and 3D models of moderate to advanced complexity (S3D preferred).
  • Read, interpret, and generate design drawings with minimal supervision from engineering.
  • Perform field walk-downs, interpret direction, generate advanced design details, create new drawings, and modify existing ones.
  • Direct, check, and approve work completed by other designers.
  • Develop estimates, schedules, staffing requirements, progress reports, key quantities tracking, and project scope documentation.

Basic Requirements
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local codes and standards applicable to specialized engineering design (nuclear preferred).
  • Associate degree preferred with 15+ years of drafting/design experience in engineering and construction.
  • Background in electrical, mechanical, structural, communications, architectural, fire protection, or civil design.


Senior Designer - Job Description
