Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise CRM solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and/or Marketing), strong integration experience, and the ability to collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dataverse, plugins, custom workflows, and Power Automate.
Build and enhance Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and custom Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, and third-party applications using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Dataverse APIs, and REST/Web APIs.
Configure and support Dual Write integrations to synchronize and transform master data between Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Supply Chain.
Lead technical design sessions, produce technical design documentation, and translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
Manage application lifecycle (ALM) across development, test, UAT, and production environments using Azure DevOps, source control, and CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, performance, integration, and data-related issues.
Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, QA teams, and solution architects to ensure successful solution delivery.
Design and implement Dynamics 365 security models, including business units, teams, security roles, and field-level security.
Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform releases, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous platform improvements.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM), including one or more of the Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing modules.
Strong programming experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Dataverse plugin and custom workflow development.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, data modeling, security, and solution design.
Experience implementing and supporting Dual Write integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and Finance & Supply Chain.
Experience developing integrations using Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and API Management.
Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and solution lifecycle management.
Experience working with REST APIs, Web APIs, OData, and other enterprise integration technologies.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security, licensing, deployment, and application lifecycle best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect), MB-210, MB-230, MB-240, or equivalent.
Experience integrating Power BI dashboards and embedded analytics within Dynamics 365.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Service scheduling, resource optimization, and IoT integration.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Previous consulting or systems integrator experience delivering enterprise Microsoft business applications.
Preferred Skills
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and CRM solution design.
Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.
Experience working in large-scale, multi-environment Dynamics 365 implementations.
Excellent collaboration, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for continuous learning and adopting new Microsoft technologies and platform capabilities.
