Job Title
Scrum Master Advisor 2

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and Kanban practices.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure follow-through on initiatives.
  • Guide and coach the team on Agile practices and principles.
  • Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth progress.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management and prioritization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Track and report team progress and metrics, explaining them clearly to the team and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support junior Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners.
  • Manage four teams simultaneously, ensuring alignment and coordination.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and high pace in team operations.

Qualifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Excellent facilitation, speaking, and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in process improvements and ensuring follow-through.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work well with team members and stakeholders.
  • Competent in Power BI and Copilot.

  • Time Management: Strong skills in managing time and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to track and interpret team metrics and performance data.

Salary Range
$128,000.00 - $216,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
