Desktop Technician Technical Lead / Supervisor of the technicians

Experience:
Minimum 2 years' experience working in IT Technical Support in an enterprise environment.
Minimum 1 year experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating system
Minimum 1 year experience supporting mobile devices running Android or Apple iOS operating systems.
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Android and iOS devices.
Experience using ticketing systems for task assignment and resolution
Education and Skills:
associate's degree in computer science, cybersecurity engineering, information systems or related discipline.
Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Android and Apple iOS operating systems
Experience installing operating system and security software on multiple computers, smartphones and other equipment.
Understand and follow broad and complex instructions in verbal and written form.
Comprehend technical language and to confer, analyze and communicate in an objective, lucid manner.
Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to needed changes.
Preferred certifications: A+ from CompTIA
