SAP Ariba Gen AI

We are seeking a skilled SAP Ariba Sourcing & Contracting Consultant with Generative AI expertise to enhance procurement transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Ariba Sourcing and Contracts along with the ability to leverage Gen AI to drive automation, insights, and intelligent decision-making across sourcing and contract lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracts modules
• Configure and manage RFx events, auctions, sourcing templates, and contract workspaces
• Design and optimize end-to-end sourcing and contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes
• Integrate Generative AI solutions into sourcing and contracting workflows, including:
  • Automated RFx creation, bid analysis, and supplier communication
  • AI-powered contract drafting, clause recommendations, and summarization
  • Risk identification and compliance checks using NLP-based models
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven procurement optimization
• Integrate Ariba with SAP S/4HANA / ECC and third-party platforms using APIs or middleware (CPI/PI/PO)
• Configure approval workflows, master data, and document templates
• Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT), deployments, and production support
• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance in AI-enabled solutions

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracts
• Strong expertise in RFx events, auctions, contract authoring, and contract lifecycle management (CLM)
• Experience integrating Ariba with SAP S/4HANA or ECC
• Hands-on experience with APIs, web services, and SAP CPI/PI/PO
• Solid understanding of procurement and sourcing processes
• Exposure to Generative AI (LLMs, NLP, prompt engineering)
• Experience with AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or similar tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
